HOW TO SHOP WITH US

We want your online shopping experience to be as enjoyable and as simple as possible.

At Pretty Desirable you will find many different ways to shop however the main ones are listed below along with a series of helpful 'Shopping Tips' to assist you along the way.

Shopping by 'Categories' (e.g. 'Lingerie Sets', 'Corsets' etc).

At the left of each page you will see a list of the Categories of products that we stock. When you click on one of these you will be taken to the page that contains the relevant products.

This page will display a summary all of our products in the category that you have selected. Clicking on an individual photo or 'Display This Product' will take you to more detailed information about that product

Shopping Tip:

You can search for something specific within the chosen category using the 'Search in this Category' box.

By default each page displays up to 10 products. Use the 'Display' drop-down menu to display a greater number of items on a single page.

Shopping Tip:

If you click on 'Browse Product Pages' this will allow you to scroll through all of the detailed information pages for each product in that category.

Shopping by 'Search'

At the top right hand side a box entitled 'Product Search'. This will allow you to enter text associated with a particular product that you may be interested in. By using more than one word (e.g. 'black lace lingerie sets') you can narrow your search to be more specific.

Shopping Tip:

If you wish to further target your search then select the 'Advanced Search' option; this allows you to pre-select various parameters for your search.

Ordering

Once you have selected an item of lingerie that wish to purchase click upon the adjacent Add to shopping basket icon.

A summary of the contents of your shopping basket is displayed in a column on the right-hand side of the screen.

Shopping Tip:

At any stage in the ordering process you can get a more detailed view of your shopping basket by clicking on Display shopping basket. This page also allows you to modify the contents of the basket (for example removing an item added in error or changing a quantity), as well as select order options such as Express Delivery.

Once you have finished selecting items to order complete your purchase using either:

a) Express Checkout Option

Click upon theto make an express checkout.

Google Checkout allows you to quickly and easily buy from Pretty Desirable and many other stores across the web.

If you've used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us - you do not need to provide us with your credit card details.

If you're using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information once to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase from participating sites.

There's no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usernames and passwords each time you buy. When you buy with Google Checkout, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorized purchases.

b) Standard Checkout Option

Click on the button to make secure payment by means of any of the major credit or debit cards or by means of a Paypal account. Credit/debit card payments are processed via the Paypal secure payment portal however please note that you do NOT need to have or to create a Paypal account to pay us!!!.

In the standard checkout process there are 4 stages (although you can skip the first stage unless you wish to make changes to the contents of your shopping basket):

1. Shopping basket

Here you can delete items, alter the quantity ordered, make/change order options (such as Express Delivery) and add any specific message that you may wish to send us about your order.

2. Address

At this stage you confirm your Invoice Address and (if different) Delivery Address. If you have previously registered your details on our site and are signed-in these addresses will be automatically completed.

3. Order

At this stage you will be able to make a final review of all of the details of your order and also our Terms and Conditions. If you wish to make changes to your order you can go to 'Shopping basket' to do so.

Shopping Tip:

If you are not ready to complete your purchase but want to continue shopping later then click on 'Save the current shopping basket in the shopping list'. Whenever you are ready to buy you can return to the site, go to the My Account section and select 'Manage shopping lists'. From there you can move the goods in your Shopping List back into the shopping basket and complete your purchase.

4. Paypal

You are then taken to the Paypal secure payments portal where you can either pay with debit/credit card OR pay with an existing Paypal account OR create a new Paypal account to pay with.

 

At the end of the process you will receive a confirmation message displaying your Order Number (please make a note of this for future reference) and your order will soon be on its way to you! If you have chosen to become a registered Pretty Desirable customer you can sign-in to the shop at any time to review the status and details of your order.
