Our aim is to ensure that your products are delivered to you quickly, economically and conveniently. To that end we offer you a choice of two delivery services:

As standard we send our products by Royal Mail in robust postal cartons, thereby giving the maximum protection to them in transit and ensuring that the contents are properly presented to you when they arrive. However this means that our parcels are unlikely to fit through a standard letterbox.
If you are often away from home when the postman calls you may wish to consider delivery to an alternative address (for example to work) or alternatively select the 'letterbox friendly' packaging option at the checkout. Where practicable if the 'letterbox friendly' option has been chosen we will despatch the goods to you in a sturdy poly postal bag no greater than 210mm wide and 50mm thick.
All our parcels are discreetly and securely wrapped with no indication of the contents; the sending company is only identified as “PD Ltd”.
